5. Data Retention and Deletion

5.1 Retention

If you wish to delete your account, you can do so by initiating the account deletion from the Settings page of our website app or our mobile app. Upon your request, we will delete your account and information from our active databases. Such deletion is completed within 7 days.

Please note that some information may remain in our records after your account has been deleted, as necessary for us to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements.
